Parent/sibling/relative as a supervisor: If any student is accompanied by one of their parents/sibling/relatives etc., they are required to pay the same amount as other supervisors do. In this case, the designated supervisor has to have the related qualifications to be proven.
In the case of parents/siblings/relatives accompanying the participant without the desired qualifications, we will then be unable to provide an invitation letter for a visa.
Parent/sibling/relative as a visitor: If a parent decides to arrange their accommodations and accompanies their children with their arrangements:
1) North London Grammar School will not provide an invitation letter for a visa
2) We will not cover their travel costs in London or Cambridge, accommodation, meals, entry tickets, expenses/ facilities at Queen Mary University or any other cost.
