Every team or individual participant requires a supervisor.

• Ratio: A supervisor can supervise a maximum of 6 students (Max team size is 3 students).
• Free Place: One supervisor attends free of charge for every 10 students traveling to the UK.
• Fees: Supervisors do not pay the Registration Fee (£35). Face-to-Face supervisors must pay the participation fee; Online supervisors participate for free.
• Family Members: Parents, adult siblings, or other relatives may act as supervisors. In such cases, they must actively lead and contribute to the project and possess an appropriate academic or professional background related to the project.

If parents, siblings, or relatives wish to accompany a student:

• As a Visitor: They must arrange their own flights, accommodation, meals, and visas independently. IGO does not provide invitation letters for visitors.
• Access: Visitors are invited to the Opening Ceremony, Exhibition Day, and Award Ceremony. They cannot attend student-exclusive trips or activities.
• Accommodation: University accommodation is single-occupancy only. One person per room.

We accept Bank Transfers, Debit/Credit Cards, and PayPal. Please ensure the exact amount is transferred; all transaction fees must be covered by the sender.

Note: The £35 Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable.

• Full Refund: If cancelled before 29 March 2026.
• 50% Refund: If cancelled between 30 March 2026 and 20 April 2026.
• No Refund: For cancellations after 21 April 2026.
• Online Participants: No refunds are offered for Online participation cancellations.
